This investigates the study of and creation of symbols of intellectual expression through technical creative endeavours. The agenda is to investigate, assign and deploy specific recreational health (open air 24 hr. gyms, skate parks, swimming pools, contact sports, indigenous games), and informal learning facilities (e-libraries, art & literature galleries, open air stages) in each administrative zone of Lagos State. This we feel will instigate self reliant and progressive development.
